Welcome to Prime Robotics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Prime Robotics website, courses, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Prime Robotics provides:

• Robotics and AI training programs
• STEM education workshops
• Corporate automation solutions
• Educational resources and materials

3. Registration and Accounts

To access certain services, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

4. Payment and Refunds

Course fees and payment terms:

• Fees are due before course commencement
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards
• Refund requests within 7 days of payment receive 80% refund
• No refunds after course materials have been accessed
• All payments must be fully completed within a maximum of 8 weeks (2 months) from the date of initial payment

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform is owned by Prime Robotics or its licensors:

• Course materials are for personal use only
• No commercial redistribution without permission
• Student projects remain student property
• We may showcase student work in our portfolio

6. Student Conduct

Students must adhere to our code of conduct:

• No harassment or discrimination
• Respect intellectual property rights
• No misuse of equipment or facilities
• Compliance with all safety protocols
• Students must attend their classes on time

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Weekly Seminars and Project Updates

To ensure consistent progress and academic standards, all students must adhere to the following policies:

• Students are required to attend the Friday seminar every week
• Students must always have an updated version of their project ready for presentation
• If a student cannot attend, they must communicate the reason at least 48 hours before Friday
• Only emergencies will be considered valid reasons for absence
• Failure to comply will result in a one-week suspension from classes and activities

8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Robotics shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Interruptions in service

Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Conduct that risks harm to others

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Nigerian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Enugu State courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
